In accordance with the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 106 (“Consumer Code“) and the Legislative Decree of 21 February 2014, no. 21, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal following a purchase made online through our website (subject to the exclusions listed in Art. 55 Para. 2 of the Consumer Code) provided that the conditions listed below are met:
- Proof of purchase
The customer must be in possession of the proof of purchase (invoice) delivered by us together with the purchased product. Proof of purchase is indispensable to certify that the purchase was made at our site. - Integrity of the product
The product must be returned undamaged and without defects. Any damage or tampering suffered by the product after purchase and which affects the possibility of further sale by us excludes the right of withdrawal by the customer. Please note that the packaging must be sealed and must never have been opened in any way. - Exclusion for Purchases of €50.00 or less
The possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal lapses if the total amount of the purchase is €50.00 or less. - Communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal
The customer must send notice of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, together with a copy of the proof of purchase, specifying which product will be returned and indicating the required method of compensation (see Point 6). The communication should be sent by email to info@labottegaglutenfree.com. - Return of the product
The customer must send the product back, duly packaged, at their own expense, together with the original proof of purchase, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. The packaging must be suitable for the correct preservation of the product and have similar characteristics to that used by us for shipping. The customer will be entitled to reimbursement, equal to the price of the returned product, net of the costs for any related ancillary services (shipping costs, packaging, etc., etc.), using one of the following methods: crediting the payment card or IBAN code communicated during registration.
Regardless of the method chosen by the customer, reimbursement will only be made provided that all the conditions listed herein have been met and that the returned product has been properly received by us.
